Reflow (1.4.10 level AA)

Test on a mobile device and test by zooming into 400% on the browser.

Content viewed on mobile devices (i.e. displayed at 320px wide) should not have horizontal scrolling.
Content zoomed into 400% should still allow content to reflow without horizontal scroll or overlapping.
Content which must be displayed in two dimensions, such as maps and data tables, may have horizontal scrolling only on that element.
